A nail file is a necessary tool for nail enhancement. It is mainly used to polish nails for better coloring. What materials do nail files have?
Sandpaper file
Sandpaper sand material: quartz sand, white corundum, silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, and other sand particles; Base paper: white silicone paper, kraft paper, synthetic paper;
Common sand number of beauty sandpaper: 80,100,120,150,180,220,240; The higher the number of gravels, the softer and finer; on the contrary, the lower the number of gravels, the coarser;
Sandpaper style: color beauty sandpaper can be selected, or fine pictures can be printed with coated paper and then sandblasted;
The common base course of sandpaper file:
a) Wooden boards. 0.8mm/1.0mm/1.2mm-thick poplar veneer or duck foot wood rotary cutting board are commonly used; Bonding material: epoxy resin strong adhesive;
b) Rubber sheet. Generally, 0.8mm/1.0mm/1.2mm thick PP plate is used; Bonding material: EVA double-sided adhesive;
c) EVA material. EVA sponge cubes or EVA sheets are commonly used; Bonding material: EVA double-sided adhesive;
d) Plastic handle. Paste sandpaper on the plastic strip base.
Polishing file
Material of polishing surface: polishing cloth, fine abrasive cloth;
The common base course of polishing files:
a) Rubber sheet. Generally, 0.8mm/1.0mm/1.2mm thick PP plate is used; Bonding material: EVA double-sided adhesive with different thicknesses;
b) EVA material. EVA sponge cubes or EVA sheets are commonly used; Bonding material: EVA double-sided adhesive.
Crystal glass file
Common materials: float glass, acrylic;
The process is divided into sandblasting, diamond inlaying, silk screen, etc.
Stainless steel nail file
Common material: 2Cr13 or 3Cr13 stainless steel. Grind the surface of the nail file with a grinder.
Material analysis of pedicure tools
EVA toe splitter: EVA sheet punches out the corresponding shape of fingers/toes, which can be silk printed;
EVA slippers: EVA foam board is pressed into shoe shape and then processed again;
Footboard file/toe board: stick sandpaper or inlay metal grinding plate with wooden handle or plastic handle;
Rubble/pumice brush: volcanic pumice.
